Summer Break!

Finally, a break! Despite only having two classes over the summer, they, the family, and working full-time have taken their toll.

Accounting was tougher than I had imagined but in the end was an extremely interesting course. Who would have thought that double-line accounting was that interesting. If nothing else, I'll never forget that dividends are NOT an expense.

Though Systems Engineering could have been better, I was exposed to Orthogonal Arrays, which made the class worthwhile. OA's are a way of efficiently minimizing the number of unique tests performed on a system. Within the web context, OA's could be used to perfect user interfaces by giving the designer the best way to test all the various user parameters (fields, graphics, etc) with the fewest number of tests.

I'm currently on vacation (eg, only working) in a far off land until 9/5...then Hell begins again.
